Welcome to apprAIz ("App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App and services. By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using apprAIz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
apprAIz provides users with a platform to conduct property appraisals, manage reports, upload relevant documentation, and streamline the appraisal process. Features may be updated or modified over time at our discretion.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
3.1. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the App.
- Submit false or misleading appraisal information.
4. Payments & Subscription
4.1. Pricing & Payment Processing
- Some features may require a paid subscription.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.2. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contactus@appraiz.biz.
4.3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
- apprAIz, its logo, content, and software are our property or licensed to us.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation.
6. Data Privacy & Security
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Limitation of Liability
- apprAIz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or inaccuracies in appraisals.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.
8. Third-Party Services
- Our App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment providers, data sources).
- We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your appraisal data.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware (or California, if required by law), unless otherwise mandated by applicable law. The parties waive the right to a class-action lawsuit.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
